App Store and Google Play publishing for Lovable apps

Publish your Lovable app to the App Store and Google Play.

We publish Lovable apps to both stores for a fixed price: $300, $600 or $1,000 by number of screens, paid once. We build the iOS and Android apps from your project with Capacitor, add what Apple's review asks for, submit them from your own developer accounts and take them through review.

Short answer, checked October 18, 2026

Lovable can't put an app in the stores by itself: its docs say publishing always goes to a web URL and there is no built-in flow to package and submit to the App Store or Google Play. The store apps have to be built outside Lovable, usually with Capacitor, then submitted and reviewed. That is the whole job on this page.

What a launch looks like

Two stores, two queues, one codebase.

Apple and Google review differently. The slow part is usually Google's closed test on a new account, so it starts first and runs while everything else gets done.

Hiring someone for this?

Whoever you hire, us or anyone else, ask for a fixed quote that covers each line. The right column is how every one of our packages answers it.

  1. 1

Your existing Lovable app is converted, not rebuilt from scratch

Capacitor app from the code Lovable edits; a native rebuild only when your app needs it

  2. 2

Database, logins and backend keep working

Same Supabase project, same users, same passwords

  3. 3

Builds tested on real phones before anything is submitted

TestFlight on iPhone, internal testing on Android

  4. 4

The native features Apple asks for in guideline 4.2

Push notifications, an offline screen, native sharing, proper sign-in

  5. 5

Submission from your own Apple and Google accounts

You own the listings; we work as an invited team member

  6. 6

Someone handles the reviewer when the app is sent back

We read the reason, fix what was flagged and resubmit

  7. 7

You can keep changing the app afterwards

Keep prompting in Lovable; the next build carries the change to both stores

Price

Both stores, one fixed price, set by screen count.

A screen is anything a user can open: login, home, a detail view, settings. Every package includes the native features review asks for, builds on real phones, submission help from your accounts and the reviewer's questions.

Small

Up to 5 screens

$300

Paid once, both stores

  • Standard UI components
  • APK and IPA delivery

Medium

Up to 15 screens

$600

Paid once, both stores

  • Custom transitions
  • API integration
  • Push notifications

Large

25+ screens

$1,000

Paid once, both stores

  • Complex state management
  • Store submission support
  • Analytics integration

Store fees are separate and go straight to Apple ($99 a year) and Google ($25 once). The full package comparison, and the native rebuild path for apps people live in, is on the home page.

Have these ready

Three things only you can set up.

01

An Apple Developer account

$99 a year, paid to Apple. Enrol as an individual or as a company (a company needs a D-U-N-S number, which can take a few days).

02

A Google Play developer account

$25 once, paid to Google, with identity verification. A new personal account must run a closed test with 12 testers for 14 days before the first public release, so we open it on day one.

03

Your Lovable project or its GitHub repo

Plus the app name, an icon and the phone features that matter to you: push, camera, offline, payments.

Doing it yourself? The steps are in Lovable to the App Store, step by step and Lovable app on Google Play.

Store rules and Lovable's docs last checked October 18, 2026.

Who can publish my Lovable app to the App Store?

We do, as a fixed-price job: $300, $600 or $1,000 by number of screens, paid once. We build the iOS and Android apps from your Lovable project with Capacitor, add the native features Apple review looks for, test the builds on real phones and submit them from your own Apple and Google developer accounts. You keep building in Lovable.

Can Lovable publish my app to the App Store or Google Play by itself?

No. Lovable's docs (checked October 18, 2026) say it builds web apps, publishing always deploys to a web URL, and it has no built-in flow that packages and submits a project to the App Store or Google Play. They point to a PWA or a Capacitor wrapper built outside Lovable, which is the part we do.

Lovable docs: Publish

How much does it cost to publish a Lovable app to both stores?

Our part is $300 for up to 5 screens, $600 for up to 15 and $1,000 for 25 or more, the same for both stores together. Apple charges $99 a year and Google Play $25 once, paid by you directly, so the apps sit in your accounts.

Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?

Yes, and that is on purpose: the apps, reviews and download numbers belong to you, not to us. You add us to App Store Connect and Google Play Console as a team member, and you can remove us when the launch is done.

What happens if Apple rejects my Lovable app?

We read the rejection, fix what the reviewer flagged and resubmit. Most rejections of wrapped web apps are guideline 4.2 (minimum functionality), missing in-app account deletion or a login option, so we check those before the first submission. Nobody can promise approval, because the decision is Apple's.

Why does Google Play take at least two weeks for a new account?

Google requires new personal developer accounts to run a closed test with at least 12 testers who stay opted in for 14 days in a row before it allows a production release. Company accounts skip it. We start the test as soon as the first Android build works, so the clock runs while the rest is finished.

Can I keep building in Lovable after the app is published?

Yes. The store apps are built from the same code Lovable edits, so you keep prompting as usual. Each new version reaches phones as a normal store update, which goes through a short review again.
